Crédit Mutuel

The Rebirth of an Iconic Building

To tell the rich story of the Crédit Mutuel Anjou headquarters – a mutual bank – we created a lively animated capsule retracing the major milestones of this iconic site in Angers. It all began with an industrial and administrative building, once a symbol of the international influence of the famous Maison Cointreau. Over time, this place evolved into a true heartbeat of economic, cultural, and social life, becoming in 1972 the headquarters of Crédit Mutuel Anjou.

Client’s key issues and challenges to tackle

Crédit Mutuel was looking for a sensitive way to launch the inauguration of this iconic building and to pay tribute to five years of intense, emotionally charged work. But how could the rich history of the headquarters, located right in the heart of the city of Angers, be captured within a condensed format?

The Holy Bird Response

We created a short animated film that brings to life both the site’s fascinating past and the story of its transformation. Our aim was to capture the vibrant atmosphere of the Maine riverbanks in the 19th century, to recreate the industrial spirit of the distillery’s still room, and to highlight Crédit Mutuel’s longstanding commitment to future generations on economic, social, and cultural levels.
